Ambassador Mohammed Haji Hamza was promoted to be Ambassador of United Republic Of Tanzania, Cairo Egypt in 12 October 2011, as Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary represented his country in Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Palestine, Israil, Syria and Iraq. Prior to his appointment in this post, he served as Ambassador and Director at Zanzibar Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the United Republic of Tanzania.
